What's the difference between outsourcing and outstaffing?
With outsourcing, we own delivery of a project or product from start to finish. With outstaffing, our engineers join your team and work under your management. We handle hiring, payroll and HR either way.
How fast can engineers start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call, depending on the role and seniority you need.
Can I interview engineers before they join?
Yes. You get shortlisted profiles and can interview every candidate. You only pay for engineers you approve.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring and on-call support?
Yes. Our SRE team can run monitoring, alerting and on-call rotations for your production systems, with agreed response times.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code, infrastructure and IP created for you belongs to you, backed by NDAs and contracts.
